As a former English teacher, I saw the challenges students and parents faced when trying to balance academic excellence, extracurriculars, and the daunting Common App and scholarship process. A few years back, I began tutoring students on a one-on-one basis. Immediately, I saw the impact tailored instruction has on student confidence and success. After spending most of my life in the Chicagoland area, my husband and I recently relocated to the Carmel/Zionsville area and couldn't be happier. When I am not working, I enjoy playing guitar, watching live music, volunteering as an adult literacy teacher, attending Indycar races, and traveling with my family.
